Our Paleo Almond, Flax & Kumara Crackers utilise the same base recipe as the Raw Almond Crackers. They are made from activated almonds and flax blended with fresh tomato, onion, capsicum with the addition of orange kumara and onion that has been roasted in coconut oil. Our first walnut cracker. We finally have the level of skill to make one. Working with almonds is forgiving but walnuts are fragile and you need to have control over the heat and humidity during the drying process to create a cracker that lives up to the walnut potential. Raw Vita was the third cracker we made and it was an attempt to recreate a cracker that i used to eat in my childhood. What we were aiming for was a particular texture.
