Our Raw Almond Crackers are made from activated almonds and flax combined with tomato, onion and capsicum. The crackers are bold and vibrant with complex layers of taste that comes from the addition of Himalayan sea salt, ground black pepper and Balsamic Vinegar from Modena.
As with the majority of our food the texture is as important as the taste. We do not smooth grind all the ingredients. You will find the odd half or even whole almond sitting in some of your crackers.
The crackers are raw; they are dehydrated not cooked. They are also gluten free, grain free, dairy free, added PUFA free and of course, Paleo.
Because they are energy dense you will find them filling and satisfying.
They are a great cracker to eat by themselves as a snack or you can top with avocado, tomato, cheese, salami or whatever.
These crackers are lovingly hand crafted. The process from soaking the almonds to taking the crackers out of the dehydrator trays is about 60 hours.
