We put some of the ingredients in this cracker through a number of stages of priming during the production phase with the aim of creating a texture and taste that works in tandem with loading the cracker with toppings like tomato, avocado and cheese.

It’s ‘lighter’ than most raw crackers and the other raw crackers we do. It has a particular crunch and a slight ‘cheesiness’ to it which is achieved without the addition of any flavour agents.

It’s a load it up with salami and cheese and WOW your friends type cracker.
