Protein Granola by Natural Abundance

Ingredients:


- 2 Servings Natural Abundance Hemp, Almond & Flax Protein crackers (50g)
- 1 cup rolled oats (100g)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (40ml)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (25g)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Optional: coconut flakes


Recipe: (makes 4 servings)


1. Roughly crush 2 servings of NA crackers in a mixing bowl.
2. Add in oats, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Fold ingredients until well combined, then add in a dash of cinnamon.
3. Transfer mixture onto a baking sheet and spread evenly.
4. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Enjoy on top of yoghurt, with fruit, or even just with milk!
